We arrived!

Hola everyone! I am practicing my new espanol. :)
Notice that the name of my blog is "como se dice?" This means "how do you say?" in English. Today, I need to learn how to say "we arrived!" Is it llegue? or something like that? Help me out Giselle and Marcela.
So, it is very late here right now. I think it is 1:30 am right now, and we have breakfast at 8:30 in the morning, but I knew that I needed to start writing now if I was really going to start this blog. So, this will be a semi-short one for tonight.
I started my trip frantically finishing packing yesterday. (Happy Birthday to Ginger.) Little did I know that I had a 4 hour flight delay waiting for me at the airport. Thank you Marcela for taking me all the way to the Miami airport. I know you loved the timers I was setting for us; there is nothing like an alarm going off every 15 minutes! Our flight was scheduled to leave at 9:15, but we ended up leaving at around 1:00 am. However, dinner was on AirEuropa which I appreciated. This trip is Spain on a budget. They gave us vouchers for Chili's, and I used all 15 dollars worth! Here we are waiting for our flight!

I got a little work done before the flight, and then we lined up to board. I had to take a few departing pics.

As we were boarding the flight, there were some free newspapers from Spain, and one of our students Margaret grabbed one and started reading. I was reflecting on the fact that Giselle (aka: my Spanish teacher) would have wanted me to grab a newspaper and practice, but alas, I decided to stick to my English version of Eat, Pray, and Love which has started off to be a very interesting book. Thanks again for the recommendation Marcela.
Yes, that is me in a middle seat in the center of the aisle. Why am I dressed for winter? But, thankfully, our flight wasn't full so we were later able to move around and get a little more space. Ok  . . .at this point, I will take a break to get some sleep and pick up with the story of the flight tomorrow. Hasta manana!
